Confirmation Policy
Reservation can be done online or at reception (Depends on availability)
Check-In time is 12 AM and Check-Out Time is 11 noon.
All Government Taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the time of the stay. In case of advance remittances, the additional tax amount, if any, will be collected directly at the time of check-out.
Confirmation Policy
The advance must be received at least 15 days prior to check-in. For bookings made less than 15 days of arrival, the advance must be received within 2 working days of making the reservation or else the reservation will be released automatically.
All confirmations are subject to minimum 50% advance deposit received by us prior to the above mentioned period by way of a credit card authorization/ wire transfer/ travel company voucher.
Confirmation Voucher is subject to the advance deposit being realized.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days preceding your check-in date, you will pay 10% of total amount.
If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days preceding your check-in date, you will pay 35% of total amount
If you cancel your reservation more than 10 days preceding your check-in date, you will pay 45% of total amount
If you cancel your reservation more than 5 days preceding your check-in date, you will pay 65% of total amount.
If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours preceding your check-in date, Your amount will not be refundable.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.
Check-in time is 11:00 AM, Check-out time is 12:00 PM
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.
In case of booking done by Credit Card the Guest should carry Credit Card or a photocopy.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
